Can I track my package?

To track your order you will need your order number and the email that you used to place the order with. You can check the status of your order by clicking here: Track Your Order. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped that will include tracking information.

Please note: 
It may take up to 48h for your package to show up in the forwarder’s tracking system. 
For international orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel, home decor, water bottle, accessories and 45 days for the hooded blanket, wallet case, after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact page and we will do our best to help you!
